Metallurgical biocarbon
Biocarbon is a carbon material used as a chemical reducing agent in the alloy industry.
Carbonor's biocarbon is made from sustainable eucalyptus from certified farms. Eucalyptus is a fast-growing, non-exhaustive resource. The wood type is relatively hard with a high carbon content compared to Nordic wood types.
COâ‚‚ removal
Carbonor will capture biogenic COâ‚‚ and will be able to deliver COâ‚‚ for use in industrial processes, as well as deliver COâ‚‚ for geological storage.
Stored biogenic COâ‚‚ provides Carbonor with carbon removal certificates that can be sold to other companies that have emissions that they wish to offset.
